As Cosmos is made possible by a community of health systems using Epic software agreeing to collaborate, direct access to Cosmos is available for those affiliated with and approved by a Cosmos participating organization. Access to Cosmos and Cosmos data cannot be purchased. If you are affiliated with a health system or academic medical center, use the form below to let us know a bit more about your interest, and we'll connect you with the best person to discuss your Cosmos request.
